Mediporta – strategy and design
Challenge
Mediporta is a SaaS app dealing with electronic storage of health records, settlements with the National Health Fund, and handling patient appointments. The app helps manage the daily operation of medical facilities, streamlines the process of registration, and enables instant issuing of prescriptions.
The product is aimed at an industry which applies state-of-the-art technologies, however, does not always use software to optimize its daily work and so, creating awareness and showing the benefits of the app was our challenge. The main problem which Mediporta approached us with was a misunderstanding of the product by its target audience. Our task was to create communication for doctors that would make clear the core value of Mediporta software – its simplicity.

We created the main claim (which translates to “Easy like riding a bike”), implemented the communication strategy within strategically selected channels, designed and produced sales materials, and created content marketing through the expansion of the knowledge base and blog.
During our work, we held numerous interviews with the target group, built customer journey maps, and integrated a suite of analytic tools.




Outcomes of our

The leads generated by the new sales oriented website for this medical software SaaS returned the cost of development in less than five months.
We support e-mail marketing activities with intensive AdWords campaigns (over 500,000 views per month) promoting software for medical facilities.
