M2M Platform
In collaboration with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), we redesigned a B2B platform to simplify the management of IoT SIM cards, ensuring seamless product configuration and management for large-scale enterprise clients. By improving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, we enhanced the platform’s usability, making it more adaptable to regional business needs.

Project Overview
Our team introduced a user-centric design, resolving critical financial and usability challenges that previously hindered adoption. The platform was designed to support both B2B customers and STC OpCo administrators, incorporating different permission levels to ensure secure access and role-based management.




On-Site Collaboration & Workshops
Our team worked directly from STC’s headquarters in Riyadh, allowing us to closely align with internal teams and stakeholders. During dedicated business workshops, we gathered insights into STC’s operational challenges, defining the key requirements for an efficient and scalable platform. These sessions helped shape the final solution, ensuring it met both business and user needs.
