In order to improve communication related to general public’s inquiries about GDPR, Bisnode has created a chatbot for its clients. Our task was to create a visually attractive message informing about its functioning and purpose.
We have offered the client a modern solution that has fully met his expectations. This is how the video was created with Polly – an animated parrot – in the lead role. Thanks to our video the recipient gains afull understanding of the functionalities and benefits offered by the implementation of Bisnode’s Chatbot in an attractive format. In a simple yet pleasing way, we explained the mechanisms of the communicator and its most important advantage – the ability to reach many people without engaging an additional team of employees. The animation was designed in an aesthetic style. Parrot Polly’s figure is based on geometric shapes that are supposed to evoke associations with a (ro)bot’s appearance. All this makes it so that our solution given to the client is both beautiful in terms of design and a highly functional.
