We conduct interviews with users, getting to know their behavior, routines, motivations – all aspects determining the shape of the process in the software
We perform a cluster analysis in order to group the obtained data and create a complete picture of the users’ needs and motivations
We create a report with conclusions and recommendations

It depends on many factors: the company’s current knowledge about the target user, the type of activities included in the research process, the number of users participating in the research.

 

The length of user testing may take approximately 2-8 weeks.
