… when to do user experience design?

It may be helpful on the verge of strategy and product development. The process includes preparing the project itself, from close contact with the business,  preparing the first concepts, through needs research, competition, and analysis, to designing sketches, creating prototypes, and preparing specifications for implementation. At the end of the process, validation of solutions through usability tests.
