PartnerPlus is a loyalty program aimed at clients of Grupa Eurocash. Clients purchasing stock from any of the group’s many business units collect points and earn higher statuses. The higher the status, the more attractive the benefits clients can enjoy.
The PartnerPlus program was introduced in 2016 and the first challenge associated with it was building awareness among the group’s clients. The program ended with the beginning of 2018. We created a communication strategy for the PartnerPlus program with the aim of increasing its attractiveness for current and potential members.
Our task was to create a logotype, elements of corporate identity, and a genuine claim. Next, we designed and developed a web app allowing users to browse through the benefits offered in the program and order them.
We have also created a campaign aimed at promoting the PartnerPlus program within the internal structures of Eurocash group. We have also conducted several email and SMS campaigns.
